ControlNexa provides cybersecurity compliance software, readiness assessments, evidence management, reporting tools, and related services.

 

2. Eligibility 

You must be authorized to act on behalf of your organization and legally able to enter into this agreement.

 

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and for all activity under your account.

 

4. Subscription Plans

Certain features require a paid subscription. Pricing, features, and limits are described on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

 

5. Free Trials

Trial access may include limited functionality. At the end of a trial period, access may be reduced or suspended unless upgraded to a paid plan.

 

6. Customer Data

You retain ownership of your uploaded data, documents, and authorized integration data.

You grant ControlNexa permission to process such data solely to provide services.

 

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

- misuse the platform
- attempt unauthorized access
- interfere with service operations
- upload unlawful or malicious content
- reverse engineer the platform

 

8. Integrations

Certain features connect to third-party services such as Microsoft 365. You are responsible for granting lawful permissions and maintaining those accounts.

 

9. Availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

 

10. Compliance Disclaimer

ControlNexa assists readiness efforts but does not guarantee certification, audit outcomes, or regulatory approval.

 

11. Fees and Billing

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

 

12. Cancellation

You may cancel future renewals at any time. Access continues through the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

 

13. Intellectual Property

ControlNexa software, branding, and content remain our property.

 

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ControlNexa shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

 

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify ControlNexa for claims arising from your misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.

 

16. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
